How do you ship packages?

Packages are shipped from our UK location at a standard price of £3.99.

Do you ship worldwide?

No, we are currently only shipping to UK residents. Please subscribe to our email list so we can update once we are able to ship to outside of the UK. 

How long does shipping take?

3-5 day delivery

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking information within 2 working days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you within 1 working day.
